The belt and shoulder harness is also pretty comfortable and can be configured to give you as much or little lateral movement as you want.

All in all it works very well, but I am somewhat apprehensive about the lock failing as I would be up shit-creek without a paddle if the locks on both ankle restraints were to fail simultaneously.
